That is 100 people that were stranded with no way to the airport other than taxis which cost well over €100 and no explanation as to why.
I bought my ticket weeks in advance, I arrived early to get my seat on the bus from Milan to the airport and not only was the bus already full, they had oversold it by at least 100 people.
